Carnival of Space #48 is up and running over at Next Big Future. I especially liked the "Mars or Arizona?" photo-feature at Starts With A Bang. The photo here is one of mine and is neither Mars nor Arizona, but actually southern Utah (not far from Arizona). I took it on a flight from LA to Boston last year. It's remarkable how Mars-like some of the American Southwest can look especially from around 10,000 meters up.
